Postal values adjusted in October 2007 due to low exchange rate between US dollars and Brazilian currency.

Prioritary boxes can’t sum over 90cm in total measurement (height+ depth + length), otherwise they need to be sent by either Economy Air or Express Mail.

Please state in your order which would be the preferred method, taking in consideration the shell’s sizes you ordered.

Delivery time vary from:

•  Prioritary – 10 and 20 week days
•  Economy Air – over 15 week days
•  Express between 5 and 10 week days (can be traced on Internet)

We ship parcels every Friday, usually on the next week if you order after Wednesday.

Please note:
1 - We hold parcels for a maximum period of one month counting from the date of the first order, which also will be applied to the discount (we will give 10% of discount on orders over 100.00 only if all shells were ordered in a 30 days period).
2 - Please note we do not reserve shells if your payment method is not stated in your order or if any information on your credit card is missing (expiration date, security code or billing address). We apologize for any inconvenience.

Every Purchase over US$ 100.00 will have a special discount of 10% (except for rare shells priced US$200.00 and over, special or personalized offers)

Payment methods

• Credit card: Please send the card's number, expiration date and security code (very important) by e-mail, phone or fax. Parcels are sent on our next shipment;
  Cash (US Dollars or Euros), personal check (in US Dollars only from American Banks) traveler's check, or bank check (only in US Dollars): Payment in advance, shells sent after payment fully received (ask for specific instructions how to pay in each case);
  
• Paypal: please wait for our invoice by e-mail and instructions for payment
  (IMPORTANT: do not send any payments to our e-mail since we have several accounts and only one is used for payments)
  
• Wire transfer: please ask for instructions - all fees must be included. Shells sent after confirmation from our bank
  Please contact us before to send your payment, do not send payment before we confirm your order. We DO NOT accept payments by Postal Money Order or Eurochecks. All payments sent by airmail are entirely at your own risk.
