Enter
on the families through our menu 'Shells', 'Shell Photos or
'New Entries'
You will be able to select each species
in any page it appears as available. Simply click on the item
and on the button 'Add items to cart'. You will be able to
adjust the quantity later.
To
change the quantity you must click on 'Recalculate' in order
to update your order. If you click on 'Back' before you recalculate
the total it will not be changed. After you finish, click on
'Proceed to check out'.
On this point you will be requested
to enter your username and password (if you don't have these
please send us an e-mail).
The
order isn't yet completed! If you have any observation to make
use the field 'Obs.', then click on 'Finish' to send us your
order. If you did not reach this page it means your order will
not reach us.
Your order has been placed. You may
print your order for your files: click on 'Print Orders'.
Please remember this is not online so our stock can be changed
by the time your order reach us. some shells may not be available
or we can adjust your order according to your personal preferences
(some customers only accept Gem shells so we sometimes prefer
not to send the shell even if it is available).
A
new window will open - click on OK if you wish to print the
order.
How
to follow your order in our site
You
can change your password anytime and access your previous orders
in 'My Account'.
After clicking on 'My Account' fill
your username (your e-mail) and password.
On
this page you can alter your password and check your order's
status.
To change your password you will be
requested to give your old password. Put the new password
in both fields and click on 'Save Password'.
To
see your order's status click on 'Status of my last orders'
so you can see how it is being handled.
There you can see if your order has
been received, being prepared, put on reserve or sent. Items
not available will put in your wish list and eventually offered
to you privately.
